What is CardHop?
CardHop is a birthday + greeting card store that delivers premium discounted birthday + greeting cards direct to your door. Life is busy! We make celebrating with family & friends simple for you so that you don't have to stop at the store on your way to the party to pick up a card.
How does Dollar Card Club membership work?
You choose what membership you would like based on how often you need birthday cards! Your birthday or greeting cards will be conveniently delivered to your home!
Where do the cards get delivered?
Our birthday cards get delivered to YOU so that you have have them to either give in person or send them in the mail. We do not send cards to the birthday recipient.
What if I need to cancel, pause or change my subscription?
NO WORRIES! At CardHop it's all up to you! You can easily change, pause or cancel your subscription through your Account Profile settings at anytime! Account Log In Link
Do I get to pick what cards I am receiving with my Dollar Card Club Membership?
YES! YOu pick which cards you would like us to send for your first delivery and you can update them each month by updating your preferences!
I moved. How do I change my address?
Sure thing! You can easily update your address through your Account Profile settings! Account Log In Link
How do I update or change the credit card I have on file?
Sweet! We appreciate that and certainly don't want you to miss out on getting your Birthday cards! You can easily update your credit card information through your Account Profile settings. Account Log In Link
